Men - Mix 2 heaped scoops, 50g with 250ml skimmed milk or water and drink as a mid morning or mid afternoon snack.

Some of the specialised ingredients inside the MRP are very hygroscopic (water absorbing), which may cause clamping and discolouration of the product. To prevent this from happening; after use squeeze air out of the bag, seal and make sure the seal is secure. Store in a cool (below 25C) dry place. Please use within two months of opening. After which, the product is still safe to consume, however, the colour and flavour might be affected.
