Returns
1. Eligibility for Return:
• Items must be returned within 10 business days of receipt.
• Products should be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom or personalized products.
• Items marked as “final sale.”
• Gift cards or digital products.
Defective or Faulty Goods
• If a product is defective, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of receipt, as per the South African Consumer Protection Act. Contact us at webshop@cybersmartaquatics.com to resolve the issue.
Cooling-Off Period (Direct Marketing)
• If the purchase was made due to direct marketing, you may cancel your order within 10 business days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at your expense.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item(s) back.
3. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds:
• Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• The time for funds to reflect may vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges
• To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
