The Elite Sport Drink is a 4 in 1, low GI sports drink, providing professional and devoted athletes with:
Energy - An ideal combination of 5 different GI carbohydrates, combined with fibre, that gives a constant release of energy, helping to balance blood sugar levels, ensuring sustained energy for your body and a focused mind,throughout a sports event or strenuous workout. Maintaining stable blood sugar levels prevents muscle tissue from breaking down for energy needs. Cluster Dextrin® is a patented fast absorbing (rapid uptake), sustained-release energy source (doesn’t spike insulin levels).
Electrolytes - Specialised glycinated electrolytes that can be absorbed during intense training, have been added to aid in replenishing micro-nutrients depleted during exercise, particularly important in strenuous sports events.
Amino acids - Amino acids needed for optimal training have been added to assist with muscle strength and endurance, as well as increasing lactic acid threshold.
D-ribose - Supplementing with D-ribose is an effective way to increase and restore energy and power levels (ATP) in the muscle cell during high intensity exercise, enhancing muscle performance and aiding in recovery even during a sports event or strenuous workout.

Mix 1x heaped scoop (50g) into 500ml of water and drink before and during training or strenuous physical activity. For optimum results, take one serving per hour for the duration of the extended exercise training session or strenuous sports event.

Some of the specialised ingredients inside the Elite Sports Drink are very hygroscopic (water absorbing), which may cause clamping and discolouration of the product. To prevent this from happening; after usesqueeze air out of the bag, seal and make sure the seal is secure. Store in a cool (below 25C) dry place. Please use within two months of opening. After which, the product is still safe to consume, however, the colour and flavour might be affected. |
